I had just finished helping some less fortunate people who live nearby with serious house issues in some nasty conditions and just wanted a quick bite before I could get out of the nasty, smelly clothes and hit the showers. This man and woman tried to steal my wallet but I caught them. While I was yelling at them and fighting over my own wallet, some sloppy SOB in long black socks, crocs and a Uva hat sucker punches me. Twice! I think he was with the pickpockets because they ran off with my wallet! The dumba** tried to blame me when the police got there because even though he hit me I didn't have a mark on me and he was shaking his hand and whining about how much his hand hurt. The cop gave Mr. crocs an earful and I think they will run him in for both pickpocketing and assault. From what I heard, he also works that area at night, if you know what I mean.
